Can task templates be shared with multiple data pools?

Task templates are available only for the same data pool (which can be used across multiple jobs).

One solution would be creating the templates and then duplicating the data pool

You can edit, rename, duplicate or delete a task template with the protection status open. 

But as said by Gabriel that task templates are available only for the same data pool.
