I want to share with you more details about how the migration influenced you and some tips to begin with, great for your first steps on the new platform.
All of your posts, comments, points, and profile information are migrated from the Celopeers, Community section to this new Celonis Community space.
Your Profile
In order to become an active member of the community, you will need to log in and set your username. It will be visible to other members of the community.
We highly recommend revising your Settings, accessible from your avatar , to set your profile, adjust Notifications preferences.
Do not forget to subscribe to tags to be up-to-date. The tags have been changed for a better structure of the community content, we advise you to review the tags list and subscribe to those that are in your expertise or/and interest.

Reputation Points and Badges
Your reputation score is moved to your Celonis Community profile as it was on September 20th 2024.
All your badges are available on your profile, as well. From now on, start collecting community badges based on your activities, and Academy badges that reflect your learning accomplishment.
In the Earning Points and Badges in Our Community blog, you will find out more on how you will be rewarded for your contributions.
Content
Your questions and answers are available publicly, with no change, so you can still expose your knowledge to a wider audience. Your posts may have different tags assigned due to the adjustment required for the navigation design.
Now you should have a good understanding of how the migration affected you and your content.
Let go of the past and focus on the now.
The new platform provides new and enhanced functionalities. We believe that the community site will enable you to discover, engage, and elevate your Celonis experience.
On the new platform you are able to:
- Single Sign-on (SSO) - Log in with a single ID to the Celonis platforms: Partner, Support, Community, and Academy.
- Federated search - Find exactly what you need faster whether it is documentation, Academy, or Community content
- Badges - Engage and earn badges as you interact but also after completing Academy courses
- Freedom to choose your display name - Set your username of your choice for public recognition by other members of the community
- Enhanced navigation - Access content intuitively using the top navigation bar
- Rich Content - Access valuable resources to boost your success
- Content quality - Share your feedback about content helpfulness
