    One of the Celonis success stories I'm most proud of is an AI-powered process optimization solution that has helped transform a critical business process by proactively identifying potential issues before they impact customers. It was incredibly rewarding to see this initiative recognized by Celonis, who recently celebrated the achievement with our colleagues in Germany. Beyond the recognition, the project demonstrates how combining AI, Process Intelligence, and strong business collaboration can drive significant operational improvements, enhance customer experience, and deliver measurable business value. It's a great example of how turning process insights into proactive actions can create real impact across the organization.

      Celonis has not only been a process mining tool but a pivotal driver in my career growth. So much so, that I recently been awarded at my company as a Local Winner for ‘Excellence of Execution’ .🏆😉


      One of the great success stories to share is - solving poor Paid-on-Time (PoT) performance. I used Celonis’s starter kit and Process Explorer to break workflows into granular sub-cycle times and built custom PQL metrics. This pinpointed core bottlenecks and revealed high-value credit memos hidden from plain sight, early paid invoices we were loosing cash on and many other areas for productivty improvement (which later on helped save us money spend on outsourcing workforce) .

      All of the boosted our PoT KPI by ~50% in less than a year, recovered significant value from credit memos, and built strong executive trust to expand our P2P roadmap.

       

      My 2 cents 💡🤓:

      Always pair a clear business directive with granular, activity-by-activity analysis—and involve front-line users to turn standard out-of-the-box templates into high-impact tools.
