Partnership request status

Hi, 

I know that this subject already had some answers, but most of them are rather old, and a lot of things changed since then. :)

Around 1.5 month ago my company filled form on Become a Partner | Celonis, but we didn’t receive any answer since then. Is there any way to check the status of it, or person I could email? We’re mostly located in Poland, but also having offices in Belgium and Germany.
