Yes, we met at the Braindate™ Lounge during Celosphere '25, where we had the opportunity to connect in person. It was a great conversation, and we got to know each other better while discussing the work we were doing in our respective organizations.

I am pleased to nominate ​@iamsivakarthick 😎 Having worked closely with him and attended the Celonis Process Intelligence Day in Bengaluru; I have seen firsthand his passion for Process Intelligence and knowledge sharing. Karthick consistently contributes actionable insights, supports fellow community members, and actively engages in discussions that add value to the community.

What stands out most is his commitment to sharing learnings from industry events, including the latest Celonis product updates and feature enhancements, ensuring that others can benefit from new developments. I'd like to nominate ​@gagan1  for the Community Member Spotlight.

Even though gagan1 has already been nominated before, I would still like to take the opportunity to highlight his outstanding engagement and the incredible value he brings to this community🚀. He is one of those members who consistently goes above and beyond to help others, regardless of whether the question is simple or highly technical and regardless of the type of problem someone is facing.

A few weeks ago, we ran into a data extraction issue at one of our clients. While searching the forum for a solution, we came across a thread where he had answered almost the exact same problem: a CHAR type date field breaking a rolling extraction filter after an S/4HANA migration. His answer was incredibly clear, detailed and easy to follow, and it helped us solve our client's issue right away.

This is just one example of how his contributions have helped us. Whenever we are looking for a solution to a problem, there is a good chance that we come across one of his explanations somewhere in the community. What I particularly appreciate is that his answers do not simply provide a quick solution. He takes the time to explain the underlying issue and the reasoning behind the solution, making his answers valuable not only for the person asking the question but also for everyone who might face a similar challenge in the future.

That CHAR date field issue after an S/4HANA migration costs people a lot of time, so I am glad the thread was still there when you needed it.

You picked up on the reasoning part, which is not usually the thing people mention. Good to know that part is useful.

He's been part of this community for six years now! One story from his Spotlight interview really stuck with me: a short answer he once gave became the foundation for his own first big project. Years later, he gave that exact same answer to someone else facing the same problem.

That kind of steady, generous presence over so many years is really lovely to see. Great to have him around! :)

My second nomination to Magnus @Magnus.wiberg for the strong impact he has had on our team since joining. As a highly experienced and versatile senior with a solid Celonis background, he brought both technical knowledge and a broader perspective on how we should approach our work.

One of his biggest contributions has been pushing us to think beyond manual ways of working and continuously ask how our processes, analyses, and delivery activities can be automated and made more scalable. This mindset has helped us make significant progress in a relatively short time and has changed the way we look at many of our daily activities.

He has also been very supportive in guiding the team in the right direction, challenging our ideas when needed, and sharing his experience whenever we face uncertainty. His combination of Celonis expertise, automation mindset, and strong senior guidance has helped the whole team mature and move forward much faster.

Something I've noticed in her replies here: she consistently brings a practical, experience-based angle to technical questions, whether it's data extraction setups or Action Flow/PDF export configurations. She doesn't just point to documentation, she shares what's actually worked (and what hasn't) in real project settings.

Key takeaway for me: that kind of grounded, detail-oriented input is exactly what makes a thread genuinely useful, not just technically correct, and it's great to see her actively contributing that here.
