I'm Kwasi, from Ghana, currently in Lisbon, Portugal. I am an MSc Risk Management student at NOVA IMS in Lisbon and a Regulatory Risk & Compliance Analyst at Accenture, working in transaction monitoring. I was introduced to process mining during my academic studies and instantly became interested, seeing the opportunity it provides to businesses in promoting continuous operational excellence and business sustainability.
