Tell us about yourself and your background.
My name is Kapil. I work at HPE and have 12 years of experience in Data & Process Analytics, Data Engineering & Data Science. I have an avid interest in the world of AI. I have always strived to be an expert generalist. My key interest areas are: Business Strategy & Management Consulting frameworks, Process Mining and Process Excellence including Six Sigma, Mental models, Project, Program & Product Management, Business Process Management, Value Investing & Finance, and Data Analytics.
What is your role?
I help business teams improve operational efficiency by using data analytics and process mining to identify bottlenecks, measure KPIs, and drive process improvement with Celonis.
What is a key milestone you are most proud of?
I'm most proud of building a Self-Service Process Mining (SSPM) solution that enables users to analyze process KPIs and process flows without requiring deep Celonis expertise, making process mining faster and more accessible across the organization.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, you'll usually find me reading about AI, business strategy, value investing, and management consulting, or exploring new technologies that solve real business problems.

What is your role?
As a Process Mining Solution Architect, I architect AI-powered process mining solutions by designing complex on-premise and cloud-native integrations, enabling organizations to transform process intelligence into intelligent business action while continuously exploring emerging AI innovations.
What is a key milestone you are especially proud of?
One milestone I'm especially proud of is embracing lifelong learning. From architecting enterprise solutions to pursuing a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, I've made it a priority to continuously expand my skills, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and bring fresh ideas back to both my organization and the Celonis Community.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy reading books, exploring the latest developments in AI, and capturing landscapes through photography. Above all, I cherish quality time with my family. Whether it's stepping into nature or discovering something new, those moments keep me inspired, grounded, and ready for the next challenge.
