+2How do software/platform updates affect previous versions of the software?
Hi Vijain,
every time that we update our full cloud platform (The Intelligent Business Cloud) we make sure that nothing is affected in a negative way. Most of the times our users will see the notification under Whats new? and learn more about recent updates.

have you experienced any issues with updates? Then it would be good if you could report this to our Service Desk so we can fix the problem.
