What all options do we have in celonis to export our analyzed process ? (ex - csv, excel, bpm)

hi Vijain, why would you like to export your process? and what exactly would you like to export? The data? Can you please share a screenshot?

I want to export the analysis (data) of the modeled process for some reporting work.

Now I see. As far as I know you can export the data of an OLAP table as CSV or EXCEL but you should own the data model to do that.

Hi @e.ndrio, How to export an OLAP table in excel? I use Snap and I dont see any button to do that. Thanks

@e.ndrio are there any other options to create a report or share information with others like pdf creation ? I am familiar with the share function but I was asked if I could send a pdf and others than doing screenshots and including these I dont know how I could do with Celonis Snap.

Hi @Jeanie no this is not possible within Celonis Snap.

@erin.ndrio11 is it possible to export Celonis data automatically to f.e. excel every day or week?

Hi there,

 

In an older post I saw that one can select the option 'Export to CSV/ Excel' in Analysis setting under 'general settings'.

 

I can't seem to find this option however. Can anyone explain to me where I can find it?
