I am not a SNAP specialist (did one for the fun long time ago), but you had to create a datamodel to define the activity and case table and further any data tables you want to use in your analysis. Check if it can be reloaded in Event Collection.

May be you will also need to reload the data itself?

Hello Mark, this is already solved.

Luis Kentzler helped me a lot, I am really happy with his support. I have just one ticket open regarding a filter that I am trying to set in a Pivot Table that I created. If you can help, that would be nice.

are you trying to apply a component filter to the Pivot Table or where are you trying to filter?
