Yes, I have problems too. On Friday I was perfectly accessing the Quickstart menu for CSV/Excel upload but the quickstart option does not appear now.

Sorry for your problems...but glad to know that is not only my problem. I'll let you know when everything its ok (I had opened a ticket)
