  1. This is my first time interacting with Celonis, and it feels very promising.
  2. I find the process‑mining approach easy to understand and very powerful.
  3. It gives me new ideas on how I can use data to simplify and improve MRO processes.
  4. I can already see how it could help identify delays in work orders and material availability.
  5. It seems like a tool that can make root‑cause analysis much faster and clearer.
  6. I’m excited about the potential to apply Celonis insights in future MRO projects to drive efficiency and transparency.

Hey Rishab, thank you for sharing your impressions, very glad to hear them!

May I ask, what exactly was your first interaction with Celonis? Was it our Kickstarter course maybe, or something else? :)

Hi @Ilkim Sen Good morning from India.

Yes, you are absolutely right, it was the Kickstarter Course. I have always been interested in improving processes by breaking them down into multiple branches and then identifying meaningful connections between them.

In my experience, I have designed process flowcharts far more complex than a standard procurement cycle, for example, an end‑to‑end flight operations process. This included flight contract management (covering 70+ functional areas), ERP integration, an electronic flight bag system (30+ areas), a mobile application (15+ areas), and an invoicing system (8+ areas). As you can imagine, the overall process flow was extremely extensive.

This experience has helped me understand the challenges consultants face when trying to locate precise solutions within large, interconnected processes. I am genuinely interested in learning Celonis and see strong potential in building my career around it.

Looking forward to interacting and learn more from you.

Regards

Rishab
