hi Noor, I think, I am also having the similar problem with simon. I succesfully completed the duplicate checker and its opening right now but free-text and jupyter notebook loading constantly and does not start. If I remember right, I also hae this problem with dublicate checker but it loaded after 1 or 2 minute Duplicate checker is working right now so I dont think it is because firewall I upload the screen below and add my url halil-savas-itelligence-com-tr.training.celonis.cloud Celonis - Intelligent Business Cloud sample1143586 10.6 KB

Hi Noor, I dont know why but one of the cases is now opening.(free-text) It was not open for the last 2 days or so( https://halil-savas-itelligence-com-tr.training.celonis.cloud/machine-learning/ui/notebooks/6912b1ed-397c-48c9-a47d-18cd76b95496) But this is still not opening but I deleted earlier one that I created and open again because I cannot open more than 3 apps and I wanted to create and test again (https://halil-savas-itelligence-com-tr.training.celonis.cloud/machine-learning/ui/notebooks/1e5c92ad-2b7d-411c-8094-76a69bdff5a7/lab) I did not do anything extra for free text app and it is working now. Hi Halil, Can you check again? There was an issue in the backend operator that we fixed now.

Looks like everything working just fine now. Apps are opening without issue. Is this issue connected to my account or a general one. One of my friend also will take this training Is she have to do something ? Thank you for your support Best, Halil
