What kind of time format should I use so that Celonis can read it correctly?

Timestamps are rounded at the Eventday. This could cause problems to the Digital Twin Extraction, please check your Data Model and include the hours and minutes in the Timestamp columns of the data model.

From your error message, it appears that you have some timestamps rounded to days. It appears that in order to fix the error you should add the hours and minutes in the timestamp column when importing the data. Thus having a date format similar to: 'YYYY-mm-DD HH:MM'.
