A warm welcome to everyone joining us from the recent Celonis Process Intelligence Days, our Process Intelligence Africa online learning sessions, and the broader Process Intelligence community across the continent.
We are excited to have a dedicated space where we can continue learning, sharing experiences, asking questions, and supporting one another beyond our webinars, demos, and in-person events.
At Process Intelligence Africa (PIA), our goal is simple: to help grow Process Intelligence capabilities across Africa by making learning accessible, practical, and community-driven. We are particularly excited to work alongside Celonis and leverage this Success Hub community as a place where practitioners, business leaders, students, academics, consultants, and CoE teams can connect and learn from one another.
This community will focus specifically on Celonis-related topics, practical implementation experiences, and discussions that help members create value with Process Intelligence in their organisations.
Some of the topics we are looking forward to exploring together, (based on your recent questions and inputs) include:
- How to set up a successful Process Intelligence Centre of Excellence (CoE)
- How to scale Process Intelligence with limited resources, including operating a 1, 2, or 3-person CoE
- The relationship between Business Process Management (BPM), BPMN, and Process Intelligence - learning from organisations that have made this link practically. Learning about the Celonis BPMN features
- How Process Intelligence enables successful AI and automation initiatives
- Process Intelligence career paths and opportunities in Africa
- Learning from experienced practitioners across different industries and functions
- Exploring the Celonis Academic Alliance and opportunities for universities, students, and researchers
- Sharing practical implementation stories, lessons learned, and best practices from African organisations - what worked, what didn't work, what we want to try out
- Following up on our Pizzeria Mama Mia learning journey and comparing results from the hands-on exercises
- Community organised online and in person events - organising and announcements
Over to you!
To help us shape this space and make it as valuable as possible for everyone, we want to hear from you. Please introduce yourself in the comments below and share:

We look forward to learning and growing together as we build the Process Intelligence community across Africa.
