Enabling the power of object-centric process mining
Object-centric process mining is a true revolution in process mining technology. To enable object-centric process mining, we are launching the release of an object-centric data model, an expanded data foundation that works alongside existing data models. The new data model is the foundation which powers a full digital twin for our customers.
The object-centric data model is designed to realize business value quickly by accelerating the speed at which customers can model process data, gain insights, and take action. The model makes extending the scope analysis across all business processes much easier.
Process Intelligence Everywhere
Description: Intelligence API is Generally Available (GA).
The Celonis Intelligence API is a software interface designed to provide governed access to Celonis Intelligence for use in third-party tools and platforms. Using the Intelligence API, developers can connect to Celonis Knowledge models defined in the Celonis EMS and pull insights directly into the business systems people use every day. The API will create significant value for our customers and our partners that can build innovative solutions with Celonis using the API.
Achieving New Levels of Visibility with Object-centric Process Mining
The E2E Lead Times App leverages the power of Object Centric Process Mining. By following multiple objects instead of transactions, the End-To-End Lead Times App captures all of the materials required to create a finished good and identifies the entire lead time to procure, manufacture and ultimately distribute finished goods. The app visualizes the impact of each process on the end-to-end lead times and recommends actions to eliminate bottlenecks to help accelerate cash conversion and meet service levels.
Process Insights for Everyone
Celonis Business Miner is now generally available with process-specific explorations in Celonis’ core processes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, and Order Management, as well as for additional process-agnostic (“standard”) explorations that focus on topics like cycle times, rework, undesired activities, and automation.
With its intuitive question-and-answer-based exploration that provides quick and consumable insights, we have made this powerful communication and collaboration tool accessible to all users with a Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) license, enabling unparalleled scalability and performance.
Large Language Models for PQL Generation
We provided an early look at our AI strategy and investments during the World Tour 2023 stop in Munich. With an on-stage demonstration, we gave a peek into how Large Language Models (LLMs) can power a conversational journey for even non-technical users to obtain business insights via intuitive natural language requests - specifically with an early demonstration of the integration of LLMs for PQL generation.
Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) for PQL Generation will simplify and accelerate the process of creating Celonis analyses. Customers can start by accelerating the development of their pro users, then open up the potential to make every business user a pro user by simplifying analysis building.
