Do we have other certifications similar to what we have for partners?

The DA Certification is the first of several exams, since we want to validate Celonis skills and knowledge of a variety of Celonis users. The exams are aligned with roles we typically see at customers and will follow later this year.
Hi @christina.adam12 we have setup a in-house team and the candidates are curious to understand why there is differentiation between partners and customers as we can see the certifications available for Partners but not customers.
Hello @ravi.kumar23 - The Partner Certification Program and the public Celonis Certification Program aimed at customers serve different purposes.
The Partner Certification Program ensures Partner users who will work in pre-sales / implementation at third party / post-sales capacity are equipped to work on their first customer projects. The Partner Certification Exams are based on Celonis training on product, sales, implementation, value methodoly. This offers a way for partner employees and organizations to identify themselves as Celonis Certified Partners.
The hpublic] Celonis Certification Program aimed Celonis customer users has Certification Exams (currently just 1 but more coming) that reflect the most common user roles we see at customers. They are also based on practitioner experience and knowledge, not training content. This allows users to officially validate their practitioner skills.
💡 A Celonis user who works at a Celonis Partner--and uses it for internal process mining--but does not engage in selling / implementing at third party / post-sales of Celonis and therefore does not need to pass Partner Certification Exams, is a good candidate to take Certification Exams from our public program.

What kind of tasks can a Celonis user at a Celonis partner engage in other than selling / implementing / post-sales of Celonis in order to become eligible to take exams from the Public Certification Program? Hi @csaba.lengy11 - We currently have the Data Analyst Certification Exam available, which is targeted to Analysts with 6+ months of experience creating Analyses, Action Flows, and Knowledge and Views in Studio. You'll find the scope of the Exam in the Exam-specific section in the Program Guide (https://academy.celonis.com/collections/data-analyst-associate-certification-exam). If you believe you have the experience, and would like to hold this certification, by all means you're welcome to purchase and attempt the Exam.
To answer your second question. A Partner user may see the benefit of getting certified to improve their standing within the partner company they work at (e.g. use professional development funds to get certified for personal development) or improve their prospects when looking for jobs at a Celonis customers. However, in case there is doubt, there is no requirement from Celonis for Partner users to get certified via the public Celonis Certifications Program.

I have not seen this approach by any other company as such.

Ravi - We'd like to better understand and help address the development areas you need support with, so please you to reach out to Academy for a consultation. In your mentioned case, employees certainly can get certified (with the necessary prep and pre-requisites). Please note that training and enablement (which we offer via free online courses and, instructor-led training) and certification (exams to officially validate skills) are two different things and should not be confused. Training aims to educate/train learners on our platform (however without a certification exam). We also have additional training programs, such as Train-the-Trainer which might be relevant to you, if you want to build up internal trainer resources. My celonis access is not permitting to ingest data into the EMS using the Data Push API in Add Data Connection screen .
Only allowing for (Upload Files).
Please guide me.
