Hi cfranke,

On one hand, A KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a metric to measure if a company is achieving its business goals. On the other hand, an Objective is a feature to track the evolution of a KPI over time. Furthermore, an Objective can trigger actions and can be assigned to a responsible person in a company.

Both elements work together to keep track of key business goals over time or on a daily basis.
