Thank you for reaching out.
To provide you an even better learning experience, we conducted a major update on the personal Celonis training environment. This update was implemented from the 25th to the 27th of November and improved the overall performance and usability.
The new training team comes in a brand-new design and with full Admin-permissions.
For this update, we had to reset all content within personal training teams.
Of course, we wanted to avoid that any of your course progress gets lost along the way, which is why we did our utmost in repeatedly communicating to all our learners in advance.
We are sorry to hear that we could not reach you this way and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this brings you.
