If we try to download OLAP table which contains in one of the columns any KPI related to cycle time, it is not possible to export the table to excel with details - eg. list of customers with long cycle times between activities

# Unable to export with formulas in OLAP table

Hi NvK,

We had exactly the same problem because we only use saved formulas with variables in them to keep the maintenance low. Since Version 4.3 it is possible to work with parameters.

For example:

**For usage of variables in KPI:**

Case: Rework Rate

(" =")

has one parameter of type Variable

100 * SUM(CASE WHEN PU_COUNT("VBAP","_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_EN","_CEL_O2C_ACTIVITIES"."ACTIVITY_EN" IN ({p1})) > 0

THEN 1.0 ELSE 0.0 END) /

COUNT_TABLE("VBAP")

Call:

KPI(“Case: Rework Rate”, VARIABLE(<%= reworkActivities %>))

**For nested KPI’s with variables:**

KPI Bundling indicator takes two parameters:

p1 - name of the table of selected time interval

p2 - orders to start bundling

CASE WHEN PU_COUNT_DISTINCT({p1}, "VBAP"."MANDT" || "VBAP"."VBELN") >= {p2} THEN 1 ELSE 0 END

KPI # Orders to bundle:

has to take those two parameters to parse them to the nested KPI

COUNT( DISTINCT CASE WHEN KPI("Case: Bundling Indicator",VARIABLE({p1}),VARIABLE({p2}))=1 THEN "VBAP"."MANDT" || "VBAP"."VBELN" ELSE NULL END)

Have fun, greetings Hans
