I would like to add a column to case explorer from another table that is not the case nor the activity table. I am not using the cloud version of Celonis and I could not find a way to pull columns from other tables. There is a table that is linked to my case table, from where I want to pull a specific column which has comments. Is there a way to do this?
unfortunately, that is not possible. You can only show columns from the case table in the Case Explorer.
I would recommend to build an additional “Details” sheet with an OLAP table which contains all of the relevant information for the different tables.
If I check Snap data model, for example “SAP ECC - O2C - Delivery Performance”, the Sales document item table is showing in the case explorer.

that is because the Sales document item is a column from the case table. You can use every column from the case table within the Case Explorer, but no columns from other tables, e.g. KNA1.
