Good afternoon everyone!
Regarding the process explorer, I was wondering if there is the possibility to add a categorization-sort of thing to the activities in each variant? (see the picture attached for greater clarity)
This would be very beneficial in my case - but easily extrapolated to other processes with a similar configuration, where my interest is on understanding how and where there is a transition between technician, requester, and computer/system, when answering a complaint issue.
Is this an available capability?
