Process Analyses is not working due to error message CrashedEngineException

When i open analyses the following error message is occurred.
Error Message:
“com.Celonis engine transports exceptions CrashedEngineException Process Engine Node 100975043 has been shutdown”

Could you please advise what needs to be done to fix it.
