Boxplot filter is correct?

Hi,everyone,

I created an analysis using boxplot, but the filter didn’t work well.

【PQL statement】
・Column chart
Dimension:HOURS(PU_FIRST(“casetable”,“activityTable”.“EVENTTIME”))
KPI:①Case Count ②TPT(Avg.) ⇒ AVG(CALC_THROUGHPUT(CASE_START TO CASE_END, REMAP_TIMESTAMPS(“activityTable”.“EVENTTIME”, MINUTES)))
・Boxplot
Distribution Axis:CALC_THROUGHPUT(FIRST_OCCURRENCE[<%= From %>] TO FIRST_OCCURRENCE[<%= To %>], REMAP_TIMESTAMPS(“activityTable”.“EVENTTIME”, MINUTES)) ※From,To ⇒ Activity name
Dimension Axis:HOURS(PU_FIRST(“casetable”,“activityTable”.“EVENTTIME”))

If I selected 11 on the column chart, I assumed that the boxplot also shows 11.
However, it is displayed 0.(Same for other values)

Is it IBC’s specification? Or something wrong with my PQL statement?

Best regards,

Marie

Hi Marie

Your formulas seem to be correct. Could you please check if there are any component filters applied to the boxplot chart?

Thanks and best regards,

Thank you for your reply :slightly_smiling_face:

I checked this, but there weren’t any component filters applied to.
Anyway, now it works well .

Best regards,
