Thought this was a great presentation. Especially the piece around Action-based vs Rate-based value, that was a really good way of differentiating and formulating the conversations properly!

Of course, I immediately installed the app 😁, but the link in the Marketplace for the explanation is not working.
In the presentation you mentioned that you would take care of installing the Action Flows. However, now all of them are also in the Marketplace.

+10Hi Jan, the link to the documentation is now updated, and it should take you to the installation setup guide within Celonis docs. The action flows linked to the app are also listed in Marketplace. You can download and import the files while configuration. Please refer to the documentation for detailed steps. Thanks!
